The individuals listed below are the approved Eagle Project Counselors for each Zone. To meet National Scouts BSA requirements, you must have your Eagle Service Project Proposal approved by a Council or Zone Advancement Committee member before you begin work on your project. These approved Eagle Project Counselors are members of that committee. Once your Proposal is approved, the Eagle Project Counselor will continue to work with you as your Eagle Project Coach. This will be helpful to you as you develop your Final Plan, complete the project and the remainder of the required paperwork, and get ready for your Eagle Scout Board of Review.
Are you interested in becoming a San Diego-Imperial Council Eagle project counselor? If so, talk with your Zone Advancement Chair about the position. Download the application, fill it out, and return it to your Advancement Chair or take to the training session. Eagle Project Counselors must take a training session and be approved before they begin to counsel Scouts regarding the Eagle process.
